After a nearly 7 month investigation, the FCC is set to vote tomorrow on whether Comcast has been acting illegally in its efforts to throttle BitTorrent traffic. Endusers have complained that Comcast is violating their right to equal and open access to Internet content by intentionally disrupting signals across their network. This could be a landmark decision for the FCC, and the entire world at large, as it will be one of the first cases in which we will see if the principles of Net Neutrality can hold up against a major telco.
